8/10
The hot springs are exactly where you wanna be to chill after a long day. Staff was super friendly and breakfast hit the spot every morning. The only downer was the room—only one bed was made, and I had to chase down towels. Still, I enjoyed the vibe here, really cozy and relaxing.

The hot springs area was perfect for relaxation.
My room was noisy, and I could hear everything from outside. The bed was quite uncomfortable and didn't provide a good night's sleep. Couple this with the fact that the WiFi was only accessible in the dining area, it made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

The staff's warmth truly enhanced the experience, always available and eager to help. The hot springs offered four unique bathing options, carefully maintained and perfect for relaxation. While the food was enjoyable, with highlights like yummy pork belly, the lack of evening dining options and room upkeep detracted from the overall comfort. A short cab ride to local attractions made it convenient for exploration.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the hotel features a small pool deck with four hot springs that provide magnificent views of the Arenal Volcano. The breakfast offered was excellent and a great start to the day. Although it's not a large resort, the boutique-style setup with around 10 rooms gives it a cozy atmosphere. The hot springs area was perfect for relaxation and socializing while enjoying drinks from the bar.
No restaurant for evening meals.

Vacationers should think twice
Their pools are worth your money! I had a great time enjoying the hot springs when we finally got settled, but it took us a while to get there due to some very rude treatment from the staff.
It certainly wasn't cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I had a truly cozy stay and loved the delicious, freshly made breakfast every morning, along with the beautiful hot springs just steps away from my room. However, I did experience some trouble with the lack of hot water during my visit. Overall, I would definitely return for the lovely relaxing atmosphere.

It was just a balanced option for a brief stop-in in La Fortuna with extraordinarily good value for money. The thermal pools were a nice way to unwind after a long day of travel. Make sure to ask for fresh towels if you want to feel more comfortable in the hot springs.

The location offered beautiful grounds and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Breakfasts were authentic and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. However, only one bed was made in our room for three guests, and after requesting additional towels, I received an eye roll from the staff. It was also a letdown that the hot springs area didn’t provide evening dining options.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, providing assistance with an umbrella during a rainy outing. The views of the Arenal Volcano were splendid from the property, and I enjoyed a delightful breakfast each morning, even though I missed one due to an early tour. The grounds were small but charming, with a lovely hot springs area where I relaxed and socialized while enjoying drinks from the bar.
My room was somewhat worn and lacked hot water.
